11-11:45am: Kids 'Wild' Yoga Class (all ages) with Samantha Migliozzi
12-12:45pm: Arts & Crafts | Face painting
1-1:45pm: Parent and Baby Yoga with Christine McKenney
Patent + Baby yoga (6 weeks to pre- crawling): a sweet and relaxing class for parents and pre-crawling infants. This class will include gentle stretching, infant massage, and bonding time.
2-2:45pm: It's Play Time! Hula hooping, freeze dance, yogi says, and more!
3-3:45pm: Toddler Yoga Class (Crawling babies- 3 year olds) with Christine McKenney
Toddler yoga (crawling-3 years old): go with the flow of your toddler! A fun class with lots of songs and movement for your little one to enjoy with you.
4-4:45pm: Vision Boarding For Teens with Amanda Annicelli
11-4Ppm All Day Kids Program: Art Lessons with Main Street Art
About The Teachers
Sami Migliozzi began practicing yoga at age 13, and experienced a shift in her emotional & physical wellbeing that she believes changed the whole course of her life. She completed her 200-hr YTT with Carrie Tyler of Rasamaya at 16 years old and has been teaching since, locally and abroad. Sami also holds a degree in Alternative Medicine, and certifications as a doula, Reiki practitioner, Holistic Life Coach, and leader of Yoga for 12 Step Recovery.
Christine McKenney is a mom, wife, and NH native who resides in Epping, NH. She is also a nurse and lactation counselor who cares for women and infants prenatally, postpartum, as well as in the NICU at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. Her passion for wellness and caring for moms and babies inspired her to become certified in prenatal, mom/baby, and toddler yoga. She teaches yoga, childbirth education, and many other classes for new families at CMC.
Amanda Annicelli has been the Wild Vibes Kids & Family Program Coordinator for three years. She is an aspiring yoga and elementary teacher. She is passionate about branching the gap between youth and adults through awakening the mind, soul, and body. She seeks opportunities to deepen her knowledge and be apart of making a stronger community.
