SESSION 1: 10:30 - 11:30AM

DESCRIPTION: Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones + sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Sweat with intention!
BIO: Sami aims to bring a holistic approach to life & to all of the classes she teaches. She has a diverse background: she completed her 200-hour YTT with Carrie Tyler of Rasamaya at the age of 16, holds a degree in Alternative Medicine, is a certified doula, holistic life coach, Reiki practitioner, children's & teens yoga instructor, and trained in trauma-informed yoga for 12 step recovery. She leads Yoga Alliance - approved 200-hour yoga teach trainings through her studio, The Cure, in Salisbury, MA. Sami was brought to yoga because of illness, so in every class there is a celebration of what the body CAN do & how good it feels to be alive! Sami believes deeply in the importance of the chakras & they are seamlessly infused in all of the work she does.
SESSION 3: 1:10 - 2:10PM
DESCRIPTION: Come one, come all, let loose and have a wild time! Express yoself in this free movement, beat driven, ecstatic dance class!
BIO: Ankati Day is a yogi, dancer, and space holder who believes that embodiment is the doorway to healing and freedom. She teaches Sacred Flow Yoga and Buti Yoga around the Seacoast, inviting people to experiencing their bodies both in stillness and in wild motion. She loves to create playlists that orchestrate a musical movement experience. If she's not on her mat, you'll find Ankati writing, dancing, or wandering the forest paths with her pup.
SESSION 4: 2:30-3:30PM
DESCRIPTION: This fun and upbeat vinyasa style yoga class will keep you moving in tandem with your breath. Set to your favorite Hip Hop tunes you will flow fluidly and maybe even skake yo booty a bit! Please note that true to Hip Hop, there may be explicit lyrics.
BIO: Kat Cynewski is a top Yoga Instructor and wellness event planner in the Portland, Maine area. Aside from running her wellness events company , Be Well Events, she's been a certified yoga instructor since 2014, combining a wealth of knowledge and experience in her practice. With over 700hours of training she confidently leads group and private clients in vinyasa yoga, power yoga, aerial Yoga, and SUP yoga. Whether you want to improve your strength & flexibility, throw an epic wellness event, or simply make a positive lifestyle change, Kat has something to offer you. DESCRIPTION: Zumba is a Latin-based dance fitness program. Our steps are influenced by a wide mix of music like salsa, merengue, and bachata. No dance experience is necessary, and it’s suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll be great!
BIO: Courtney is an English teacher by day and a Zumba instructor by night (and some days)! She teaches fat-positive classes and welcomes folks of all ages, abilities, and races. She also teaches free classes in underserved communities.
