GENTLE FLOW

With Katie Johnson of KOAN WELLNESS

Description: Gentle Flow (Beginner Level) - Bringing the foundations of a vinyasa flow yoga class onto the water involves careful attention to detail. Move through this class with focus on breath, body placement, and watch as your practice transforms into a dance with the water.

Bio: Katie Johnson, owner and instructor of Southern Maine based SUP Yoga business, Koan Wellness, began teaching yoga on the Seacoast in 2015. Her passion for nature soon brought her practice onto the water where she teaches inspiring and energizing SUP Yoga classes and trainings throughout the summer season. Katie's classes will leave you feeling soothed and invigorated while taking in the serene setting of the outdoor elements.

Water Warrior

Description: Water Warrior (Intermediate Level) - Discover your ability to heighten your presence on the water, moving gradually into more advanced poses in this class. Play time encouraged!

SEAVASANA

With Alexandra Hampton of Portsmouth Paddle Co. and Seavasana

Description: SEAVĀSANĀ - All Levels. Harness the qualities of the water element during this rejuvenating paddle board yoga practice. Experience a floating flow suitable for all levels. Class concludes with our signature SEAVĀSANĀ guided relaxation.

Bio: Alexandra Fay Hampton is the co-owner of Portsmouth Paddle Co. and the creator behind PPC's new yoga and paddle board fitness sister-company, SEAVĀSANĀ. She is a 200-hr RYT, International SUP Yoga Academy certified, and a 100-hr Barre & Soul Method instructor. A Portsmouth, NH native, Alexandra is dedicated to the Seacoast community and loves helping students of all ages enjoy the benefits of connecting with nature through paddle boarding and paddle board yoga. Alexandra is an international movement educator with more than three years' experience teaching yoga, barre and paddle board fitness in Portsmouth, NH, Stockholm, Sweden, and on virtual platforms. She has a passion for health and wellness and loves inspiring individuals to practice self-care as a means to living a fulfilled, inspired and healthy life. www.seavasana.com
