DESCRIPTION: Gentle Flow (Beginner Level) - Bringing the foundations of a vinyasa flow yoga class onto the water involves careful attention to detail. Move through this class with focus on breath, body placement and watch as your practice transforms into a dance with the water. 

BIO: Katie Johnson, owner and instructor of Southern Maine based SUP Yoga business, KOAN Wellness, began teaching yoga on the Seacoast in 2015. Her passion for nature soon brought her practice onto the water where she teaches inspiring and energizing SUP Yoga classes and trainings throughout the summer season. Katie's classes will leave you feeling soothed and invigorated while taking in the serene setting of the outdoor elements.

DESCRIPTION: Water Warrior (Intermediate Level) - Discover your ability to heighten your presence on the water, moving gradually into more advanced poses in this class. Play time encouraged!

DESCRIPTION: Harness the qualities of the water element during this rejuvenating paddle board yoga practice. Experience a floating flow suitable for all levels. Get in touch with your senses, allowing the breath and nature to guide you. Class concludes with our signature SEAVĀSANĀ guided relaxation.

BIO: Alexandra Hampton is the creator of SEAVĀSANĀ. She is a 200-hr RYT, 100-hr certified Barre instructor, and holds two SUP Yoga certifications. A Portsmouth, NH native, Alexandra is dedicated to the Seacoast community and loves guiding students of all ages to enjoy the benefits of connecting with nature through SUP Yoga.
